A congratulations to Rory O'Brien. CBA/Bankwest has settled with Rory O'Brien in their action against him (and a cross claim action he bought against them), just days before it was due to be heard in court. The banks line of "rigorously defending their position" cannot be tested in this instance when the certain facts were due to be presented in court and the public domain.
Were CBA worried about what information would have come out in Rory's case? It's time now for a Royal Commission into this so the real facts of CBA's purchase and subsequent decimation of Bankwest's commercial customers can see the light of day.
I implore every person who has been effected by this to contact their Federal Member of Parliament and Senators and asked them to put pressure on the Government for a Royal Commission into The Ian Narev led purchase of Bankwest by CBA. The truth is out there CBA know it and so do we.
